5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Ownership
AI-generated content created through our platform is owned by you, subject to any underlying third-party rights and our license terms.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and ad network policies before use.
5.3 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, appropriate for all audiences, or approved by ad networks.
6. Third-Party Integrations
AdsFurry integrates with third-party ad networks (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
7.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsFurry from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
